cjBlue Coding Device

cjBlue is a blue (λ[maxabs]=610nm) chromoprotein from the sea anemone Cnidopus japoincus, as reported by (Chan et. al., 2006). We synthesized cjBlue codon optimized for expression in e.coli and observed a turquoise colour, wavelength approximately 5*10^2nm. This part is also submitted as a functionally active variant with J23110 and B0034
