iGEM2011_Uppsala-Sweden

This part used BBa_E0034 EYFP which showed much weaker fluorescent activity than e.g. the newer BBa_K592101 YFP. As a result, this part and its design is not very good for testing promoter strength. Recommend using stronger fluorescent proteins as reporters.
