Bistable Switch with TPP Hammerhead Ribozyme 2.5 and Theophyline Riboswitch N8-3

The down-regulating TPP ribozyme TPP 2.5 and Theo N8-3 affect the green-red ratio of bistable switch by regulating CI434 and CI expression respectively in this part.
