The outcome of three runs (twice Tunable system and once ptet-GFP) is shown. The runs were carried out for five hours monitored by an Olympus fluorescence microscope. The microscope was controlled by a Lego Mindstorms NXT robot, that took pictures every 10 min. The suffixes (e.g. _1g) in the legend referred to the gain function of the detection camera on the microscope.
