Design Notes

The IvyTech_South-Bend Team created this hybrid part to grant the AHL - detector device T9002 and enzymatic/cholorimetric read out to (hopefully) to enable the design of a simplified (in the field) detection system (no fluorescence excitation required). The inclusion of the beta-gal mediated conversion of the IPTG substrate to a yellow color should serve this purpose.
