RFP-AB-BsaI (for construction of AB BioBytes 2.0)

Base plasmid v.2 for the construction of BioBytes-v2. The RFP cassette can be removed using the BsaI enzyme and a new AB ORF style part may be inserted into the plasmid for amplification.


Usage and Biology

This plasmid is used to create AB ORF style parts for the BioByte Assembly Method v.2.
