tdTomato

Usage and Biology

Tandem-dimer tomato (tdTomato) is a stable, robust red fluorescent protein that was modified from previous fluorescence proteins in order to have enhanced fluorescence properties.[1]

Sequecing

The plasmid was sequenced correct.

Functional Validation and result

We design plasmids to produce tdTomato, and the pictures below are the fluorescent protein image of the pigment protein in the cell and the cell clump containing the pigment protein under the hydrocoagulant membrane.
