autoinducer synthetase for AHL (no LVA)

same as C0061 except no LVA tag

Note: In the Spring 2009 Distribution Plate, the insert size for this part is larger than the expected part size, and could not be amplified using PCR primers specific to LuxI (15 February 2010, olhoshing)

Usage and Biology

Group: Valencia_UPV iGEM 2018

We have created part BBa_K2656013, which is the Acyl-homoserine-lactone synthase (LuxI) coding sequence BBa_C0161 adapted to the Golden Braid grammar and so used with both Biobrick and [http://2018.igem.org/Team:Valencia_UPV/GB3 Golden Gate] assembly methods. Moreover, it was codon optimized for E. coli.
