gusA under K1F-inducible promoter pK1F

This part contains gusA encoding beta-glucuronidase (GUS), an enzyme originated from Escherichia coli which can catalyze Rose-gluc into red substance.The promoter pK1F can be induced by K1F(BBa_K2510004). A strong terminator is added to avoid recombination.
