XylR

This part codes for the transcriptional regulatory protein XylR from Pseudomonas putida. It activates the TOL plasmid xyl operons in the presence of toluene, m-, p- and o-xylene.

Due to unavailability of older XylR coding part BBa_I723017 from iGEM07_Glasgow team, We newly synthesised it and codon optimised for E. Coli from XylR Uniprot amino acid sequence.
