Design Notes

This part is designed for Gibson Assembly from the 57S plasmid from Amit et al. 2011 “Building Synthetic Enhancers from the Ground Up” paper, with a UNS backbone to create K2066038. Note that this part has no double terminator, as the original 57S plasmid did not have one after the mCherry + NRII coding regions.
