PgolTS-golS-PgolB-rbs-tetR-Ter-PtetO-rbs-rfp-Plac-rbs-tetR-Ter-Pcons2-rbs-lacI-Ter It is a test of our suicide circuit for gold ions. It can express rfp when both gold ions and IPTG are not exist. Here rfp represent lysozyme, since the plasmid with lysozyme is hard to reconstruct. When the bacteria turns red, it means they commit suicide and the following pictures shows that the system work.
