Design Notes

  • Sequence selected based on the work of Pellegrini at al. and Shimotsu and Henner in the papers below.
  • Organisms with this device integrated must be grown on 10% sucrose media to be viable.
  • Should be integrated at the sacB locus to prevent native Levansucrose glue production (to use in conjunction with Levansucrose glue, use part BBa_K302030).
