Clamp [10] composed of Tau Binding Peptide WWW (BBa_K4165007) , linker length of GGSGGG (BBa_K4165224), Tau Binding Peptide TD28rev (BBa_K4165006). Our Clamp design was based on our project aim for binding with Tau and amyloid beta for further degradation.
