We tested the capability of C0061 generation in K081000 Experience section (see BBa_K081000). We can write this because K081000 contains K081008.

Low transformation frequency- repeat transformations were required. Ambiguous bands seen in digest (for both undigested and digested with EcoRI and SpeI). PCR analysis was performed, after the addition of BBa_I0462 to the downstream part of BBa_K081008; in all colonies tested results obtained were not as expected.
