Source

The sequence was provided by the Fungal Stock Genetic Center. It was PCR out from plasmid P444 from their collection, it was then assembled into the PhytoBricks Universal Acceptor (BBa_P10500). The sequence of this part was confirmed by Sanger Sequencing
