Applications of BBa_K314100

The [http://2011.igem.org/Team:Washington/ 2011 University of Washington iGem team] used this expression vector to produce ADC, AAR, and ADC/AAR (The PetroBrick). With the PetroBrick construct, alkane production was observed, indicating that expression from the promoter was occurring.

We did not find that this part worked well at all. The part was induced with IPTG in a series of 3 experiments to determine its effectiveness. The results we obtained are shown below:
