General Characterization Techniques

Currently, the most commonly used method of testing parts is through Flourescence assays.
Protocols for such assays can be found in the following places:

  • Endy Lab's Openwetware [protocols] for characterizing parts
  • Penn State is also working on characterizing parts using fluorescence
