This part was designed for the Plug'n'Play with DNA assembly standard (RFC 80), therefore this part contains linkers at the 5' and 3' ends as shown on the figure below.
This part was USER cloned into the shipping plasmid pSB1C3 but is also contained in the Plug'n'Play plasmids pJEJAM10, pJEJAM11, pJEJAM19, and pJEJAM20
