RFP reporter + LuxI
This part combines a RFP reporter and LuxI and therefore can be used as amplification system for AHL detection. For this purpose a corresponding promoter has to be assembled upstream. LuxI is a synthase that converts SAM into a small molecule calld AHL ( acyl-homoserine lactone).
