VirA reporter system mRFP

With this system it is possible to measure the activity of a VirA receptor and the vir promoter, respectively. The reporter is the mRFP from the parts.igem.


Usage and Biology

This Device can be used for characterization and screening of mutated VirA receptors.

For a working VirA/G-receptor system, you also need the virA BioBrick BBa_K389001. You can find the complete working system here: BBa_K389016
