Constitutive expression of CFP
This BioBrick espresses CFP in a constitutive way. It was assembled from a strong constitutive promoter with a RBS(BBa_K320002) and a CFP biobrick (BBa_E0020).
This BioBrick was principally built to test the constitutive promoter we syntetise (BBa_K320002).
We only manage to characterize it in E.Coli (see the Experience). Further, we will characterize it in Asaia to continue building gear for our [http://2010.igem.org/Team:EPF_Lausanne/Project_asaia new chassis].
