Design Notes

We ligated the two BioBricks quoted below.

The first BioBrick (BBa_K320001) was initially in the pSB1C3 backbone vector. We opened it with the restriction enzymes SpeI and PstI.

The second part (BBa_K320002) was also stored in the pSB1C3 backbone vector. We digested this one with Xba and PstI.
