Design Notes

We ligate two BioBricks quoted below.

The first BioBricks (BBa_K320001) was intial in the pSB1C3 backbone vector. We opened it with the restriction enzyme SpeI and PstI.

The second part (BBa_K320002) was also stored in the pSB1C3 backbone vector. This one we digested with Xba and PstI.
