CMV Promoter with Tet Operator (TetO2) (BB-2, RFC12). We testet this part by dual luciferase assay in context of Part BBa_K337038 and BBa_K337046 by transfection into Hek-Trex cells, having a CMV driven TetR construct stably integrated. A complete knockdown was observed (value K3), whereas the RSV and CMV showed a stable and high expression. Transfection into other cell lines led to stable high expression, showing, that the part is working.
