LacIM1 shows weaker repression than LacIWT because it has a lower affinity to lac promoter [1]. LacIM1 (BBa_K082026) which is the key component in the band-detect network. (Fig. 3-2-1) [1]. Though this part was registered by USTC(2008), its registered sequence is incorrect and it was not well characterized in their wiki. Therefore, we registered this part as BBa_K395400.
