PpbrA promoter
This promoter is a lead sensitive promoter. It can be activated when lead is in the cytosol. Similar to pmerT, this promoter is activated when active pbrR binds on it.
We constructed this promoter using primers annealing and by standard digestion to put it into plasmid.
