Base Plasmid v.2 for the construction of new BioBytes 2.0. The RFP cassette can be removed using the BsaI enzyme and a new BA linker style part may be inserted into the plasmid allowing for testing of the part with the BioBytes Assembly Method 2.0.


Usage and Biology

This plasmid is used to create BA linker style parts for the BioBytes Assembly Method 2.0. The RFP coding cassette provides a selection method for your parts.
