RBS(B0034)+lacZ alpha(BBa_I732006)

This part is used for the generation of lacZ alpha. We used this enzyme to digest X-gel into galactose and a blue molecule. This blue molecule can be the reporter of our traffic light assay. Generally, traffic light assay is to detect the concentration of heavy metal in the water without making any working curve or any previous calculation.
