This part is a combination of T7promoter(BBa_I719005),RBS(B0034)and DsbA-MBP(periplasm display of mercury binding peptide)

Description

DsbA, a protein that can export its C-terminal fusion protein into periplasm more efficiently and faster than maltose binding protein, was used as the key component to express our Metal Binding Peptide periplasmically .

Figure 1: The structure of Dsba+MBP. This protein's function is to carry MBP to the periplasm and bind heavy metal there.
