T7promoter(I719005)_RBS(B0034)_MBP(mercury metal binding peptide)

This part is a combination of T7promoter(I719005),RBS(B0034) and MBP(mercury metal binding peptide). MBP is short for metal binding peptide. It is designed by our team by duplicating MerR's metal binding sites and connect them using a link.

By constructing this part, we are able to express MBP in the cytosol to bind heavy metal within the cell.
