PmerT promoter(03)+RBS(B0034)+lacZ alpha(BBa_I732006)

Compared to BBa_K346016, this part use lacZ alpha as a reporter instead of GFP. When treated with X-gal, the strain's color would be an indication for the concentration of Hg(II).Compared to BBa_K346017, PmerT was replaced by its mutant 88 to make strain with different sensitivity to Hg(II).
