RFP-AB-BfuAI (for construction of AB BioBytes 2.0)
Base plasmid v.2 for the construction of new Bytes-v2. The RFP cassette can be removed using the BfuAI enzyme and a new AB ORF style may be inserted into the plasmid allowing for creation of the parts for the BioBytes Assembly System-v2.
