We got our p3 DNA from miniprepped M13K07 DNA. We designed primers to add the biobrick prefix and suffix to p3. This p3 was then appended to the B0034 RBS to form K415108. Then we added the lac promoter to allow for expression. See the Experience page for how the part was used.
