This part can generate antigen 43 that can cause auto-aggregation under the regulation of T3 RNA polymerase. The T3 polymerase is also a specific activator of a series of T3 promoter that can regulate downstream genes.We designed this polymerase to be a system that is parallel to T7 polymerase driven expression.
