UCSF 2010 iGEM is using BBF RFC 28, which is an alternative assembly standard for biobricks.

BBF RFC 28

The assembly standard we use is BBF RFC 28. As documented it is useful in assembling protein domains together.
We build different protein domains into AB, BC and CD parts, and then assemble them.
