Promoter (lacI regulated, lambda pL hybrid)+RBS+GFP-LVA+terminator

We use this device to measure the expression of promoter lacI/pL(BBa_R0011) which is regulated by the interaction of lacI gene from device A in our project and lactose that we add.

This device is without the tetR gene that we expect to add.
