csoS3
Introduction
The csoS3 is a subunit of the original csoS operon.
Usage and Biology
CsoSCA encodes the β-carbonic anhydrase enzyme, which is, not necessary in our design, so it has been removed from the csoS operon BBa_K5115034, while other subunits will still be used to generate a synthetic α-carboxysome shell in E. coli.
