hoxY
Introduction
The hoxY is a subunit of the hox and hyp operon BBa_K5115020.
Usage and Biology
It's used to build up the hydrogenase which reduces the nickel ion. In our experiment, it was constructed into our ribozyme-assisted polycistronic co-expression system BBa_K5115013(ribozyme+RBS+hoxY+stem-loop). And then it will eventually make up parts BBa_K5115066(mineral, U module)and BBa_K5115067(mineral, F module), which are used for further experiment.
