pLacI-rbs-tetR(LVA)

The BBa_K283002 has been made from this composite. The backbone of this biobrick is based on BBa_J61003. First, we changed the pTet-rbs into pLacI-rbs. Then the tetR gene with LVA tag sequence was inserted between XbaI and SpeI.This part does not pose any biological threat.
