Design Notes

No RBS was cloned into this intermediate because the LuxOU operons already has an internal RBS. Although there is an internal terminator as well, we have constructed the strong terminator B0015 after this coding sequence in order to provide further insulation of the circuit. The B0015 terminator was cloned upstream of the LuxOU generator because this intermediate will allow for subsequent cloning and insulation of LuxPQ upstream of this terminator.
