sGFP11 tether expression pathway (T7)

This pathway expresses sGFP11 tether (BBa_K5301018) using T7 expression system,containing T7 promoter, mSA, sGFP11, and T7 terminator.

Usage and Biology

We used this pathway to express sGFP11 tether(mSA - sGFP11) by using T7 expression system in E.coli, and the expression of sGFP11 tether can be induced by IPTG. For more information on sGFP11 tether[1-10], go to BBa_K5301018.
