OmpA leader sequence - Targeting to periplasm, cleaved during transport

Usage and Biology

We chose this localisation signal for use with our project BBa_K237003. Sadly we didn't finish this part, so we can't verify that it works, however numerous applications of it has been described in the litterature (see reference), so it is very fair to expect it to.
