ribozyme+RBS+nikB+stem-loop
Introduction
This composite part is composed of nikB and improved ribozyme-assisted polycistronic co-expression system: pRAP. The nikB is a subunit of the the NikABCDE transporter, an ATP-binding cassette, made up by nikA, nikB, nikC, nikD and nikE. This composite part will finally be used in BBa_K5115082(ribozyme connected nik operon) for further experiment.
Usage and Biology
The ribozyme-assisted polycistronic co-expression system can ensure that each cistron can initiate translation with comparable efficiency. For more information, please check part wiki of 2022 Fudan iGEM.
