Introduction
The hypA is a subunit of the hox and hyp operonBBa_K5115020.
Usage and Biology
It's used to buid up the hydrogenase which ruduces the nickel ion. In our experiment, it was constructed into our ribozyme-assisted polycistronic co-expression system BBa_K5115017(ribozyme+RBS+hypA+stem-loop). And then it will eventually make up parts like BBa_K5115066(mineral, U module), which are used for further experiments
