===Applications of BBa_K5143025=== We transformed Saccharomyces cerevisiae with this part digested by XhoI restriction enzyme (BBa_K5143024). BBa_K5143024 part was designed to incorporate S. cerevisiae genome by cross recombination at Ura locus. Then, we used this new strain of yeast in coculture with Komagataeibacter rhaeticus in order to functionalize cellulose.
