Usage and Biology
This part is a native ribosomal binding site of TD-gcvT, which has not yet been characterized. We assessed the ease of plasmid construction and ultimately chose to utilize this part in the composite parts(BBa_xx) to facilitate the expression of aminomethyltransferase.
