Usage and Biology
Vib-GcvP is glycine dehydrogenase. The protein sequence is fromVibrio natriegens NBRC 15636 = ATCC 14048 = DSM 759. This protein acts in conjunction with GvcH to form H-protein-S-aminomethyldihydrolipoyllysine from glycine during the glycine cleavage system(C2M).This part is used in BBa_xx and BBa_xx.
