INPNC

contributed by Fudan iGEM 2023

Introduction

INPNC is a kind of modified INP with truncation of the entire internal repeating domain. INPNC does not appear to be hampered by the size of the passenger while also exhibiting compatibility with the translocation and surface display of proteins containing multiple cofactors and disulfide bond-containing passengers [1].

Usage and Biology

At the C-terminus of INPNC+linker, specific functional proteins can be attached to enable the surface display of it. In our project, we constructed BBa_K4765107 and BBa_ K4765108 for the surface display of Ag/Nb3 and compared it with BBa_ K4765105, BBa_ K4765106, and selected intimin as our surface display system.
