Design Notes

On the basis of the expression of functional target proteins, His tag and Flag tag are added, which can help us better obtain high-purity target proteins and do subsequent experimental verification.

Source

Fel d 1 is a protein consisting of two amino acid chains encoded in the genome of domestic feiline. FelD is a recombinant protein formed by fusing 93 amino acids from chain 2 and 70 amino acids from chain 1 of Fel d 1, and with a His tag and a Flag tag at the C-terminus.
